• Submit feedback and contact us

You may not:

• Copy, download, or reproduce book content without authorization
• Share book access credentials with others
• Use automated tools or bots to scrape content
• Attempt to bypass payment systems or access restrictions
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell content without permission

3. Payment Terms

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount to your selected payment method.

Pricing: Book prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

Access Duration: Once purchased, you have non-expiring access to the book content via your account. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Refunds:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are processed only if you have not substantially accessed the content
• Refund processing may take 5-7 business days through your payment method

4. Content Rights & Ownership

Intellectual Property: All content, including books, stories, text, images, and designs are owned by OpenReaders or respective authors and are protected by copyright laws.

Your Rights: When you purchase a book, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and read the content. You do not own the content or any intellectual property rights.

User-Generated Content: If you submit feedback, reviews, or comments, you grant OpenReaders the right to use this content (with attribution) for platform improvement and marketing.

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are liable for all activities under your account
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access

6. Limitation of Liability

OpenReaders is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenReaders is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party claim or damages
• Unauthorized access to your account

7. Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the platform or services at any time
• Remove or restrict access to any content
• Update these terms with 30 days notice
• Perform maintenance or updates that may temporarily affect access

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access (hacking)
• Share explicit, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harass other users
• Comply with legal requests from authorities

Upon termination, your access to purchased content will be revoked.
